A modern-day legend in the Borderlands, Cesar Alejandro is a naturalized citizen of the United States, originally from Mexico, who founded Alexandria Films in 1992. Based in El Paso, Texas, he continues to produce films for the U.S. Hispanic and Mexican markets to this day.
